League Cadet Orientation Graduation, Battleship Cove, MA
| On a glorious Saturday morning on 25 July 2009, three dozen Navy League Cadets completed one week of training with a graduation ceremony aboard the battelship USS MASSACHUSETTS, moored at Battleship Cove, Fall River, MA. The League Cadets, ranging in age from 11 to 14, led by a staff that included senior Sea and League Cadets and adult leaders from several units in the northeast, successfully completed a week of intensive training that served to introduce them to the Sea Cadet and League Cadet program, and also provided them with an unparalleled experience during their stay aboard the destroyer USS JOSEPH P. KENNEDY JR.
