On Saturday, 7 March 2009, the NCBC Battalion Color Guard was on hand to open the annual Lincoln Day Dinner, held in tribute to one of America's greatest Presidents, Abraham Lincoln. The Color Guard trooped the colors as the guests settled in for the evening, and then retired from the field to indulge in some well-earned refreshments at the Quonset 'O' Club.
