On 5 March, 2004, NCBC Battalion went through its Annual Inspection by LCDR Michael Campbell, the Director of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Region1-2, and his staff. This year's inspection results will likely be our best performance ever - and critical to that success was the record of achievement demonstrated by the Cadets themselves over the past year. One other major factor in the success of this year's effort was the Personnel Inspection - where the Cadets put themselves on the line as representatives of the finest Sea Cadets in New England. This they were able to do, pulling down a 4.0 for the personnel inspection...a first for NCBC, at least in recent memory.
